here's how to add the brushes into your presets..

Adobe Photoshops are installed inside program files..
(but still it depends on you..)
Now lets explore the folder of adobe photoshop...
1:

ADOBE PHOTOSHOP.. look for the folder of
PRESETS--

PRESETS.. look for the folder of
BRUSHES--

on the last part, you'll see those icons.. those are the different brushes that are already
in your presets..
*but first, u still nid to extract the file u've downloaded..
its easy to recognized if what's the icon u will be copying into the folder of
brushes...

about the brushes compatibilty..
not all brushes that u downloaded are compatible
with the photoshop u where using..
like for example, photoshops have lotes of versions..
CS2, CS3 and so on..
mine, im using photoshop CS3...
not all brushes that u downloaded will work on the said
software.. there will be a message appearing to ur screen,
informing u that, that brushes is incompatible with the versions u are using..
